We query AI models (including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AIO, and Claude) on your behalf to collect information about how brands are mentioned in AI-generated responses. This data is stored and analyzed to power your dashboards, reports, and optimization recommendations.
Generated content. When you use our optimization features, our AI agent generates content strategies and draft content on your behalf. We store this content within your account.
Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This helps us improve the product.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how the Service is used. We may use analytics tools to collect aggregated usage data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days of receiving a written deletion request at the contact address below. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you or your brand for product improvement purposes.

Agency and Multi-Brand Accounts
If you use Polaris as an agency managing multiple client brands, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions from your clients to monitor their brand and competitors through our Service. We treat each brand's data as confidential and separate within your account.

- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a standard format
